Broken Falls is located on the MacKenzie River in Grampians National Park. The falls contain a number of smaller cascading streams rather than one waterfall chute.
100 metres downstream is the larger MacKenzie Falls. Both falls are best seen between June and October due to higher rainfall. Lake Wartook at the top of the Grampians mountain range is the source for the Mackenzie River.
