Eua has spectacular and varied coastlines that consist of cliffs, coral reefs, lagoons, a land bridge, and white sand beaches.
Parts of Eua have been uplifted by tetonic activity, as a result there are spectacular views of the coast and circling seabirds in a number of places, including Lokopu and Lauua lookouts and Lafufa'anga Cliff. The coral reefs almost circle the island and give great diving opportunities as well providing a shelter to explore sea caves.
Ha'aluma Beach is a stunning beach set among an amazing mix of deep green vegetation, silvery white sand, brown to red corals, and a blue ocean spraying up white water on the edge of the reef, and beyond that, views out to Kalau Island. Amazingly, it is quite common to visit here and be the only person on the beach due to the islands low population and the small number of tourists that make it here.
